Nokia 8.1 is an upgraded variant of the Nokia 8. This device features a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor and boasts a large 6.18-inches full HD IPS LCD display that comes with a notch at the top. Powering the device is an octa-core Snapdragon 710 SoC paired with 4GB of RAM. This is accompanied by 64GB of internal storage space. On the software front, you get Android Pie (Android One) by default. This mobile phone is equipped with a dual 12MP+13MP setup at the back and has a 20MP shooter at the front. Powering this entire phone is a 3500mAh battery. The 8.1 follows the release of other second-generation Nokia phones i.e Nokia 2.1, Nokia 3.1, Nokia 5.1, Nokia 6.1 and Nokia 7.1 earlier in 2018.

Introduction & Display
Nokia 8.1 sports rear fingerprint sensor and a small top notch which solves the problem of having very thin bezels while keeping the important sensor at the front. It is a good looking phone constructed from glass and aluminum. The screen on the Nokia 8.1 is a tad larger than the one found in its predecessor and that of the Nokia 8 Sirocco. The 6.18-inch IPS LCD Full HD display boasts of 18.7:9 aspect ratio and 403 pixels per inch density. In addition, the display has a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass for protection.
Camera & Battery
The 8.1 comes with a 20-megapixel front camera loaded with features like HDR, Screen Flash and Face Beauty. At the back, the dual 12+13-megapixels cameras can capture excellent videos and pictures thanks to OIS and EIS. There is a dual LED flash at the back that aids low light photography. This phone is a better camera phone than Nokia 8. The Nokia 8.1 is fueled by a non-removable Li-Ion 3500mAh battery that can easily last for a full day even when the phone is on heavy usage. You can charge it faster thanks to fast-charging (9V 2A) support.

This phone is armed with an octa-core Snapdragon 710 chipset which is coupled with 4GB of RAM.
